It's been going on for years mexican and Canadian trucks and drivers staying in the US for months and even years it's a true FACT !!! moving load from state to state With out ant problem And it's going to keep happening Not only us truck drivers have to compete with American companies They also have been competing with international companies for loads
Hey Ronan, I was an owner op at a canadian company, they would send us to the US, drop a trailer, pick up an empty, go to a second location, drop the mty, take a loaded trailer, leave the country back to Canada. Illegal? Yes, the empty trailer, i learned YEARS down the road, is not allowed. If its empty, the trailer is the load, so you cant reposition empty trailers. They said it wasnt illeagle, but it is. Same company, we took loads to Larado Tx. Destination Mexico. Mexican drivers shunt them back and forth, we drop them in bonded yards. Then, take loads out of the bonded yard and deliver it, in the US. The load "technically" started in mexico, and terminated in the us, where we would get a load back to canada, or maybe back to Larado, rinse and repeat. Interstating? This is a LARGE canadian company. I left.
Another thing: Ronen, have you ever called a US Congressman's secretary or intern and discussed bad laws? The moment, you bring up good points, and know the actual number of the Federal or state law, you have busted loose from the crowd, who call about television stupidity. Your submission is why the sweet interns are at the desk with a phone.
Friends in high places. Team up with a DOT officer that deals with that type of crap. Except the BOL and forward it to him/her directly. Be prepared to change companies.
What will really happen is the driver will get fired. Company will make up a bogus reason, revoke his visa and ship him out as soon as possible. Really the system works against the working class every chance it can get paid to do so.
If they have the ability to revoke his b-1 Visa it sounds like to me he is a foreign national and not native to Canada. They are using his ignorance to the industry and the laws to their advantage. The fact that they have 15,000 worth of his money further proves my point that he is ignorant to the situation because of inexperience. Most drivers who are native to North America would have sounded the horn when they got to the 5,000 mark. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that this driver is also clueless about the tax system to which he is probably not paying into and I would bet he has a 1099 who is being misclassified and is getting zero benefits. This is the REAL human trafficking.
It’s been happening for years, Canadians and Mexicans do take loads from Canada or Mexico then they do multiple loads in USA then they take load and head back to Canada or Mexico!
I think the US DOT needs to revoke the business license to those Canadian trucking companies breaking the law here in the US by doing interstate load’s. I also think the US should take over Canada. It would eliminate a lot of problems.
Can you explain the b1 visa some more? Are they not government issued or how could an employer hold that over a driver. I go to Canada with my passport my company has no way of controlling it. That driver needs to document everything, texts, bills, record calls etc. Eat the turd sandwich now, call a lawyer later with your evidence, and get back to Canada cause he wouldn't want to be stuck in some legal limbo and unable to get home.
B1 visa is a Multiple entry visa I had one for years it git replaced by FAST card I've had this problem before with Celadon and we know what happened to them, international freight is the only way to go except entertainment tours. Run in a triangle you get good miles but stay legal!
@@jixser9313 but rarely enforced. Happens all the time down east here, so little freight here going to the US that's not on contract, carriers get a load up to Toronto, Montreal, then a load back south.
That truck will be dissamble part by part and i will got enough money to buy my own truck ... or if the truck got no issues but they dont want to send me my manifest and block the fuel card ... that engine will be broken with water ...
Bd Walter Trucking Lethbridge do this not mention for hire hit man .and opening bank account in driver name using passport drivers lic to steal inheritance then they won't give you driver log to do income tax to cover it up .

Mexican drivers are doing in the US. I see it all the time at the customers we service. Same trucks picking up and delivering at other plants.

Without prejudice. Most ethnic Canadian trucking doing this to survive financial. Tell us customs they will take of the situation

Will you make a video about the possible tariffs that might happen between the US and Canada?
Wow, great video, deliver an reload back out! Don’t stay here 6 months or more, I’m 100 percent behind that, 37 years behind the wheel.
USA can fix that easily shipper shouldn’t been giving loads to Canadians or Mexicans if loads are not going there
Why don't you report those companies that you know who are interstating
where would you report them?
I’m pretty sure you can report them to the US DOT.
Amen 🙏
I'd say report it to me Fmsca
